Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Every order is packed with care and comes with a free surprise jewellery gift.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders, anywhere in Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to all cities, towns and villages in Pakistan that our courier service covers. If your area is not covered, we will contact you to arrange another option or cancel the order.

Order Processing and Stitching Time
Our suits are stitched to order in the design you choose, so your order needs [X to Y working days] to be stitched and packed before it is shipped.

Delivery Time
After shipping, delivery usually takes [X to Y working days], depending on your city. Delivery to remote areas can take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives, so please keep the full amount ready, including the Rs. 250 shipping charge.

Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details, your size and your stitching design. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, because a wrong detail can delay your parcel.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the courier’s tracking details by WhatsApp or SMS, where the courier provides them.

Delivery Attempts
The courier will try to deliver your parcel to the address you gave. If you are not available, please contact the courier or us so that delivery can be arranged again. Orders that are refused or cannot be delivered after repeated attempts may be cancelled.

Damaged or Wrong Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please message us on WhatsApp at 0371 5893751 within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, so we can help. Please also see our Return and Exchange Policy.
