About Us
Zariqah is a Pakistani clothing and jewellery brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zariqah, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.
Using Our Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, try to access it without permission, or copy or reuse our photos, text and designs without our written permission. All content on this website belongs to Zariqah.
Products and Descriptions
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and the printed design on a suit may vary a little from the photo because of fabric, light and the stitching design you choose. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish.
Stitched to Order
Our suits are stitched to order in the design and size you select. Please check your size, your stitching design and your details before you place the order. Once stitching has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed. If we find a pricing mistake, we may contact you to correct or cancel the order.
Orders and Confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details, and we may cancel or refuse an order if we can’t verify it, if an item is unavailable, or if there is an error in the price or the order. Please give a correct name, phone number and delivery address.
Payment
We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the full amount ready, including the shipping charge.
Shipping and Delivery
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders in Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen because of the courier, weather or events outside our control. Please read our Shipping and Delivery page for details.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Because suits are stitched to order, we accept exchanges or refunds only in the cases listed in our Return and Exchange Policy, such as a damaged item, a wrong item, or a missing piece. Please report a problem within 48 hours of delivery.
Free Surprise Gift
Every order includes a free surprise jewellery piece, chosen by us. The gift can’t be selected, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, and it is available while we have stock. We may change or end the gift offer at any time.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason, or we can’t deliver it after repeated attempts, we may cancel the order. We may refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the website working and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, Zariqah is not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.
Privacy
We use your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order, so please check it before ordering.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
